PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering a community service are provided to indirectly confirm an emotion and a state of each other member, and have a meeting chance through a corresponding event by displaying the emotion or state information inputted from a communication service user as a coordinates value and generating the event fit to the coordinates value displayed on an emotion display map. CONSTITUTION: The emotion display map displays the emotion or state information of the communication service user as the coordinates value based on an information axis. An emotion state analysis module(130) judges the similarity or the heterogeneity between coordinates values based on the coordinates vale displayed on the emotion display map and generates the event depending on judgment. The emotion state analysis module includes a coordinates value comparator(131) measuring the approach between coordinates values, a coordinates value judger(133) judging the similarity or the heterogeneity between coordinates values, and an event generator(135) generating the corresponding event depending on a control signal generated from the coordinates judger.
