PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce sunlight into a shaded interior by using water running in piping for city water, well water and the like. SOLUTION: This system provided in the middle of the piping for city water, well water and the like to introduce sunlight into the shaded interior the inside of which is always filled with running water as shown in an application example in the figure is to introduce sunlight into the shaded interior, by repeatedly collecting the sunlight intercepted by a light intercepting surface 2 by light beam collecting actions of primary and auxiliary curved reflecting parts 3 and 9, a light beam collecting lens 6 and the like, and is structured so that the running water in the system can be used as household water anytime in addition to its function to introduce the sunlight. Since it is not required to provide a conventional well passing through a ceiling from a shaded interior to its roof surface and outer wall surface irradiated by sunlight, the effectiveness of cooling in summer and heating in winter is high, and there is no possibility at all of infringing personal privacy. In addition, since the light intercepting surface 2 to intercept the irradiation of sunlight forms a transparent semi-circumference, the irradiation of sunlight from sunrise till sunset can be effectively introduced.
