<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for ejecting a fluid to the outside during a suction operation, without splashing of the fluid, even if the nozzle is separated from the surface on which the sucked matter is adhered, and provide a nozzle attachment to be removably attached to the end of the nozzle connected to a sucking device. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle is provided in a nozzle body 11 for sucking the to-be-sucked matter. A fluid ejection part 13 for ejecting the fluid to be sprayed to the material is provided to the opening side of the nozzle body 11. A fluid ejection controller 15 is provided to release from the opening of the nozzle body 11 the liquid ejected from the liquid ejection part 13, at the time when the inside of the nozzle body 11 is evacuated, while at the time when the negative pressure is released, the controller 15 controls to hinder the fluid from being released out from the opening of the nozzle body 11. The nozzle attachment is provided with an attachment part 121 to be detachably attached in its base end to the tip end of the nozzle, and an elastic member which is provided to the tip end of the attachment part 121 to evacuate the inside of the nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
