The structure has central shaft (2) comprising series of positioning holes (30) to which connecting parts are attached. Multiple flared shape trays (1) are spaced along the shaft. Each tray is secured in a vertical direction between two connecting parts, and in rotation using e.g. dowels. A blocking unit is placed at the top of the structure to secure structure in place once assembled. Each tray has a central circular section placed around the shaft and used as spacer between two successive trays.
