PURPOSE: A bale cutter is provided to cut the bale using a cutter like brush cutter of a combine by pressing the bale with aid of fluid force, and to easily feed dried grass to the cattle by pressing, moving and cutting the bale. CONSTITUTION: The bale cutter includes; a frame comprising a both-end supporting bar(1) for coupling the bale cutter with the vehicle like tractor, a gear box(2) so installed as to be driven by the power of the tractor, and a central supporting bar(3) mounted on the top end of the gear box(2); a rotation arm(7) penetrating the both-end supporting bar(1), so installed in a crossed state, as to be rotated, and the center of whose shaft coincides with the output shaft of the gear box(2); and two arms(8) installed in a crossed state to the rotation arm(7); and a cutting part coupling the final ends of the arms(8) and cutting the bale.
