PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus or a vessel for continuously agitating/grinding feedstocks such as koji or grains, especially brewing grains mainly in the enzyme industry and the food brewing industry, enabling agitating/grinding bars to be safely and easily detached from a continuous cooling unit or the agitating/grinding vessel through utilizing an agitating/grinding bar-connective structure designed to scarcely stick the feedstocks, or the like, and thus enabling the bars to be sufficiently cleansed and sterilized in easy-to-cleanse circumstances. SOLUTION: The subject easy-to-attach/detach agitating/grinding apparatus has the following construction and mechanism: An agitating/grinding section 10 is equipped with the agitating/grinding bars 5 on an agitating/grinding shaft 9 at a position traversed relatively to the conveying direction of feedstocks, or the like, conveyed on a conveyor 2 or inside the agitating/grinding vessel 23 into which the feedstocks, or the like, fall, both ends of the shaft 9 are provided with receiving-side joints 20, one of the joints 20 is threadably provided with one end of a drive shaft 12, driving bases 8a and 8b holding a drive shaft 12 are made to movable along the axial lines of the bars 5, receiving side joint 20 of the other end of the shaft 9 is threadably provided with a driven shaft 17, driven bases 18a and 18b holding the driven shaft 17 are made to movable along the axial line of the bars 5, and hanging tools 22 for fixing the bars 5 at specified positions in attaching/detaching the bars 5 are detachably provided above the bars 5.
