PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor hinge preventing the incursion of water into a casing of the floor hinge. SOLUTION: A sheet-like rubber packing 8 has an outer circumference adhered to an upper end flange 3a of the outer circumferential wall of a casing 3 with an adhesive layer 9 on the rear side, at the same time, is mounted on the upper surface of a floor hinge body 1 in the vicinity of the surrounding swelling section 5 of a projected section of a shaft 2 of the body 1, and adhered thereto with the adhesive layer 9. The floor hinge is so provided that a horizontal circular plate 7a of the lower end of a cap-shaped rubber packing 7 abutting on the inside is overlapped on the outer circumference of the lower end of the shaft 2 from above the sheet-like rubber packing 8 and the outer circumferential surface of the swelling section 5, and a sheet-like rubber packing 11 having a round hole 12 having a diameter larger than the outside diameter of the plate 7a of the cap-shaped rubber packing 7 is provided so as to lie on the top of the sheet-like rubber packing 8 in the same level as that of the plate 7a of the cap-shaped rubber packing 7. Regarding to the floor hinge, a decorated plate 4 provided so as to lie on the top of the sheet-like rubber packing 11 is fixed to the upper end flange 3a of the casing 3 with a screw 13.
