PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an ABS actuator capable of effectively utilizing a space and securing sufficient rigidity. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of an ABS actuator, the ABS actuator is mounted to a vehicle body via a bracket in an engine installed in a manner that an engine mount and a strut tower are adjacent to each other forward and backward. An actuator bracket 11 mounting the ABS actuator 10 is installed between the engine mount 9 and the strut tower 6, in a manner that at least one part of the ABS actuator 10 is arranged above an engine mount 9.
