摘要 <p>Method for determining the fat content of a sample using a NMR technique in which the sample is excited using a first HF excitation pulse, a gradient magnetic field is applied as well as a sequence of refocusing HF pulses for generation of spin echo signals. The amplitude of the signals is determined from which a value for the first component of the sample can be determined. The gradient field is not turned off during application of the sequence of refocusing HF pulses. The invention also relates to a corresponding low resolution NMR pulse spectrometer with a computer for implementation of the inventive method.</p>
