PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference between a fan and a fan casing (a bellmouth) even when the fan loses its rotational balance. SOLUTION: A stopper protrusion 80 for regulating the maximum displacement of a motor 73 to the fan casing 74 is provided at a part where an elastic support member 78 is not arranged. Interference between the fan 71 and the bellmouth 76 is thereby prevented even if the fan 71 loses its rotational balance due to a foreign matter such as snow sticking to the fan 71. Interference between the fan 71 and the fan casing 74 can thereby be prevented even when the fan 71 loses its rotational balance while suppressing the back flow of air from a clearance between the fan 71 and the fan casing 74, that is, from a clearance between the fan 71 and the bellmouth 76.
