PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joist structure of a joist unit and a beam by a simple constitution and good workability and a connection structure of a joist. SOLUTION: A first pair of through holes 4a are formed with a specified distance in the breadthwise direction of a joist unit 2, in the joint connection member 4 of the joist unit 2. In the upper face, in a position forming the same axis perpendicular to the first through holes 4a, a plate washer 8 where the second through holes 8a are arranged in pairs is disposed. A stud bolt 6 constituting a pressure support connection means 5 is arranged on the upper flange 1a of the beam 1 and in the position forming the same axis in the perpendicular to the first through holes 4a of the joist connection member 4.In a state that the stud bolt 6 is inserted in both the first through hole 4a of the joist connection member 4 and the second through hole 8a of the plate washer 8, a nut 7 is fitted to the stud bolt 6 and fastened so that a vertical compression force works on the three members of the upper flange 1a of the beam 1, the joist connection member 4 of the joist unit 2, and the plate washer 8.
