PREPARATION METHOD OF AGARICUS-DERIVED ANTICANCER EXO-PROTEIN-POLYSACCHARIDE BY EXO-SECRETION

PURPOSE: A method for preparing an exo-protein-polysaccharide derived from Agaricus blazei is provided, to produce an anticancer exo-protein-polysaccharide massively with simple purification by using a vegetable oil as a carbon source. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of inoculating Agaricus blazei strain in a medium containing a vegetable oil, and cultivating it. Preferably the vegetable oil is selected from the group consisting of a soybean oil, a castor oil, a sunflower oil and a perilla oil; the concentration of the vegetable oil is 0.5-5 %(v/v); and the medium comprises a vegetable oil as a carbon source, a yeast extract as a nitrogen source and trace amount of other elements. Preferably the cultivation is carried out at a temperature of 20-30 deg.C, a pH of 4-7 and an air ventilation velocity of 0.1-1.5 vvm.
