<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal digital assistant and a telecommunication system obtaining only information necessary for a user and facilitating the grasp of the information. <P>SOLUTION: A prefix code and a suffix code are stored as predetermined identification codes in a memory part 35. Whether the identification code is included or not in receiving data decoded by a radio part 33 via an antenna is detected. Address data linked with individual information beforehand are extracted out of the received information based on the detection result and an information acquisition means acquires the individual information linked with the address data.
