PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile inexpensively constructible by reducing a cross section, and stably supporting a structure even when a big earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: This pile 10 is substantially composed of a main pile 11, an outer tube pile 12 and an energy absorbing member 14. The main pile 11 is arranged in a supported state in the ground (a), and supports a structure (b), and allows rotation to the structure (b) when an earthquake occurs. The outer tube pile 12 is fixedly arranged in the structure (b) in a state of covering an upper end part of a side peripheral surface 11a of the main pile 11 by forming clearance 13, and shares horizontal force E when an earthquake occurs. The energy absorbing member 14 is arranged in a state of respectively burying upper-lower end parts 14a and 14b in the main pile 11 and the structure (b), and is deformed by rotation of the main pile 11 to the structure (b) when an earthquake occurs.
