PURPOSE: A direct contact type ammonia gas vaporizer is provided to control the vaporization amount of ammonia gas precisely, to increase the efficiency of removing NOx, to facilitate the operation and to reduce the amount of aqueous ammonia. CONSTITUTION: The direct contact type ammonia gas vaporizer comprises: a thermometer for monitoring the inlet temperature of hot mixed air, which is disposed at one side on the top of a cylindrical gas vaporizer(4); a nozzle(7) for receiving the hot air from the exterior; a first and a second windows(13,14) for monitoring spraying of aqueous ammonia, which are disposed on both sides of the outer circumference of the vaporizer(4) with facing to each other; a thermometer(12) for monitoring the temperature of ammonia gas; a distribution plate(17) for uniformly distributing the hot mixed air before vaporization; a nozzle(16) for spraying ammonia, which is communicated with an aqueous ammonia supply line(8) and a compressed air line(10); and a nozzle(9) for discharging ammonia gas, which is disposed centrally at the bottom inside of the vaporizer for preventing gas deflection and has a front-end drawn to the exterior of the vaporizer(4). |
