PURPOSE: A transmission/reception system for preventing a loss is provided to generate the vibration and the sound in an absent state of a portable device such as a cellular phone by using an on-contact transceiver/memory chip and a transceiver. CONSTITUTION: A transmission/reception system for preventing a loss includes one or more non-contact transceiver/memory chips and a transceiver. The non-contact transceiver/memory chip is formed with a memory chip, a transceiver, an induction coil, and a capacitor. The transceiver is formed with a CPU(1), a buzzer(9), an RF amplifier/oscillator(2), an antenna combiner(3), an antenna(4), an RF amplifier(5), an oscillator/mixer(6), an IF amplifier(7), and an A/D converter(8). The CPU is used for receiving a particular data signal from the non-contact transceiver/memory chip and changing an output state according to an error data signal.
