PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity package with adequate strength, which enables the proper maintenance of a balance when suspended. SOLUTION: This commodity package is equipped with a suspension member 3 with a suspension hole 4 and a holding body 8 for holding an article 1. The holding body 8 comprises a first cutting part 20 for cutting a first recess 11 and an upper part of a first flange-like part 9, and a second cutting part 21 for cutting a second recess 12 and an upper part of a second flange-like part 10. The suspension member has a third cutting part 6 for cutting the upper and lower parts of the suspension member, and the first, second and third cutting parts are provided in such a manner as to have heights different from one another.
