PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duel flow type filter to rotatably arrange a full flow element and a bypass element without fixing the elements and dissolve a twist applied on the filter element during mounting of the filter element. SOLUTION: In the dual flow type filter 1 comprising a filter head 2; a case 3 in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom; and a filter element 15, and the filter element 156 consisting of a bypass element 16; and a full flow element 22, a protrusion part 25b protruding upward in a manner to surround a second opening part 25a formed in a second upper end plate 25 of the full flow element 22 is formed.
