PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bonding substrates, forming foams and for forming elastomers by, using compositions cured by Michael adding reaction. SOLUTION: One of the preferable method consists of following processes: (1) a process applying a layer of functional mixture on a primary substrate containing (a) at least one polyfunctional Michael donator having Michael donator functionality such as malonate ester, aceto acetate ester, malone amides, aceto amides, cyano acetate ester and cyano aceto amides, (b) at least one polyfunctional receptor such as acrylic acid, (meta)acrylamide, furmaric acid, maleic hydrazide and their polymers and, oligomers, and (c) at least one strong base catalyst, and (2) a process contacting at least one additional substrate to the layer of the mixture.
