PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a cylinder, which molds a flowable resin raw material into a shape permitted to pass through a molding pipe while surrounding the raw material by a long sheet, in continuously manufacturing the resin roll having uniform physical properties by reacting and curing the flowable resin raw material while transferring the same using a long sheet by the use of a molding pipe of which the inner diameter is almost equal to the outer diameter of the resin roll to be obtained. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing cylinder has a process for producing a long resin roll product LR by reacting and curing the flowable resin raw material M at least according to a dielectric heat generating theory in a process for transferring long sheets 92 and 94 accompanying the flowable resin raw material M through the molding pipe 20 of which the inner diameter is almost equal to the outer diameter of the resin roll to be obtained.
