PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic water activating device which is easy to handle, can be used by anyone in order to achieve the magnetic activation of tap water and can be provided inexpensively. SOLUTION: A holding body for holding a water pipe is formed by a holding part having a recessed part corresponding to the water pipe and another holding part and magnets are installed in the respective holding parts in the center line direction of the holding body so as to be opposed to each other while fixing parts are provided to one side ends of the respective holding parts so as to fix both ends in a freely detachable manner.
