The vaned rotor for a wind guide has wind through flow passages between the vanes. The vanes (3) are curved and offset in the rotation direction (4). The vanes can be extended radially. The tangents to the vanes in the area of the vane outer edges (6) define an angle of between zero and ten degrees and in the area of the vane inner edges (5), an angle of twenty to thirty degrees.
