PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to realize charge presentation (accounting) in accordance with the using need of a customer and easily recognize the charge. SOLUTION: The data oroviding method comprises four processings of: a pre-processing 401 which is performed by a customer (service manager) 400a before retrieval service is used and which is to create an extraction formula and to set the upper limit number of cases; a service start pre-processing 402 which is performed before service to a service user (end user) 400b is started, every morning, for example, and which is to create a main field set based on the extraction formula and the upper limit number of cases; a service use time processing 403 which is the procesing at the time of using service by the service user 400b from service start to stop, for example, and which is to display (display by colors) a list; and a charge calculation processing 404 after service is terminated such as a monthly processing.
