PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony draining rainwater from a waterproof pan into a horizontal trough-shaped water receiving member and rainwater permeating the joint of the balcony into a leakage water receiving panel by mixing them together on the horizontal trough-shaped water receiving member and drained to the outside of a building, by collecting rainwater fallen on the waterproof pan of the balcony into the horizontal trough-shaped water receiving member through drain pipes provided on the waterproof pan and installing a leakage water receiving panel under the waterproof pan and installing the open end of the panel above the horizontal trough-shaped water receiving member. SOLUTION: The open end of a drain pipe provided on the bottom of a waterproof pan installed on the floor frame of the balcony is opened to the horizontal trough-shaped water receiving member provided below the waterproof pan and the open end of the water leakage receiving panel provided below the waterproof pan is positioned above the horizontal trough-shaped water receiving member to receive the rainwater from the waterproof pan and the rainwater permeating screw holes of each member constituting the balcony and the joint, etc. The rainwater is drained from a leader joint formed in the horizontal trough-shaped water receiving member to the outside of the building.
