PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding a laminate capable of molding the laminate having good releasability between a substrate and a skin and good appearance at its terminal part while enhancing the adhesiveness between the substrate and the skin of a general part, and a terminal processing method. SOLUTION: A groove 21 is provided at a part corresponding to the terminal part 15a of the laminated material 15, of the mold surface 17ae of the mold 17 on a skin side of the mold 11, and a press rib 22 is attached to the inside of the groove 21. A large number of radiation holes 25 are bored in the press part 22a of the press rib 22. The press rib 22 is arranged so that the leading end of the press part 22a comes into contact with the outer surface of the skin 12 of the laminated material 15 at the time of hot pressing of the laminated material 15 in such a state that the press part 22a is spaced apart from the end edge of the general mold surface 17ag of the mold 17 on the skin side.
