PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system and a communication method for operating a received file according to a call addresser, and also to provide a computer-readable recording medium for storing the program. SOLUTION: The communication system includes: an auxiliary memory unit for storing a file received from a call addresser and the call addresser in an auxiliary way; a transmission call addresser memory unit for storing a call addresser at the call temporarily; a received file memory unit for storing the file received from the call addresser temporarily; a call addresser registering unit for registering a plurality of call addressers previously; and a control unit for comparing the call addresser of the call stored in the transmission call addresser memory unit, with the plurality of call addressers registered in the call addresser registering unit, and judging whether a received file stored in a received file memory unit is deleted after the received file stored in the received file memory unit is output/printed, or the received file is not output/printed and stored in the auxiliary memory unit on the basis of the compared result.
