PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce cost and achieve improved efficiency by manufacturing a fluorescent lamp case by bending processes without a welding. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of bending a left plate by performing a first bending process for forming a bent surface at a side plate(15) forming a side surface of a fluorescent lamp case(10) and a second bending process for bending the side plate such that the side plate stands upright perpendicularly to a body plate(11); a step of bending a right plate by performing the first and second bending processes to the right plate of the fluorescent lamp case; a step of bending a front body plate by performing a third bending process for forming a bent surface at the body plate constituting a main body of the fluorescent lamp case, a fourth bending process for bending the surface bent by the third bending process, and a fifth bending process for forming a front surface such that the front surface is bent perpendicularly to the main body of the fluorescent lamp case; and a step of bending a rear body plate for forming a rear surface by performing the third to fifth bending processes to the surface opposed to the body plate. |
