PURPOSE: A door opening and closing device of a loading compartment for a truck is provided to improve convenience by opening and closing the door with a deceleration motor, to prevent accidents from fall of cargo by opening and closing the door slowly, and to increase the durability by reducing impact and noise in opening and closing the door. CONSTITUTION: A deceleration motor(200) is installed in the lower part of a loading compartment of a truck, and combined with a bar(110) turning the lower side. A mounting plate(130) is fixed to a door of the loading compartment, and composed of a guide member(131). A joint frame(120) is combined between the bar and the mounting plate, and turned around shafts(111,122). The upper shaft of the joint frame is combined with a roller(121), and the roller is inserted to the guide member with rolling up and down. The lower shaft is connected to the upper part of the bar, and outward turning of the bar is prevented by a turnover restricting unit(120a).
