PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for a liquid crystal display panel for increasing the use efficiency of a clean room responding to the manufacture of a large-area liquid crystal display panel and for fast dispensing, and to provide a dispensing method. SOLUTION: The dispenser for a liquid crystal display panel is equipped with a substrate 400 on which at least one image display part 413 (413A, 413B and so on) is formed; a table 410 loaded with the substrate 400; and at least one syringe 401 (401A, 401B and so on) horizontally moving to change the relative position to the table 410 and injecting a sealant onto the substrate 400 to form a seal pattern 416 (416A, 416B and so on).
