PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize size reduction in a rotation detector and high dust-proofing in rolling bearing device which is assembled with a seal device including the rotation detector. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing device 1 is equipped with balls 4, 5 disposed between respective raceway surfaces of inner and outer ring members OLE_LINK 12, 3OLE_LINK1, and the seal device 8 installed between shoulder parts of the inner and outer ring members 2, 3. The seal device 8 consists of an outer ring seal ring 81 fixed on the outer ring member 2, and an inner ring seal ring 82 fixed on the inner ring member 3. A pulser ring 16 is fixed on an axial external surface of the circular core mental of the inner ring side seal ring 82. A forward/reverse detecting sensor 15 is molded and integrated with a resin outer package body 17 on an outer diameter side of the annular core metal of the outer ring seal ring 81.
