PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct stable motor control by creating accurate control phases from the start to high-speed revolution.
SOLUTION: A first phase error between a magnetic pole reference phase correspondent to a magnetic pole position signal from a position sensor 3 and a control phase is obtained by a first phase error operation part 5c; a second phase error between the control phase and an actual phase is obtained by a second phase error operation part 11 from a motor voltage command outputted from a vector operation part 8A, a detected motor current outputted from a current regeneration part 6 and a rotation speed outputted from a speed operation part 4; a first phase error Δθd1 or a second phase error Δθd2 is selected in accordance with the rotation speed of a motor 1; a corrective signal Δωp11 is obtained by correcting the selected phase error signal Δθd; a signal ω1 is obtained by multiplying the corrective signal Δωp11 by the rotation speed ωr; the control phase θd is obtained by integrating the signal ω1; applied voltages Vu, Vv and Vw are generated from the motor voltage command and the control phase θd; and the speed of the motor 1 is controlled by an inverter 2 based on the applied voltages.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
