PURPOSE: A back light module having a small power rate is provided to realize a power-saving effect by reducing power consumption of a lamp without influencing brightness and uniformity, and to lower an operational temperature, thereby improving functionality of electronic parts. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate(31) includes a lower surface, an upper surface, and a side vertical to the upper surface and the lower surface. A lamp(32) is installed on the side of the light guide plate(31), and introduces a light inside the light guide plate(31) through the side of the light guide plate(31). A reflective part(33) is installed on the lower surface of the light guide plate(31), and returns the light inside the light guide plate(31) by reflecting the light. A fluorescent layer is formed on at least one surface of the light guide plate(31). The fluorescent layer includes a fluor(37a) consisting of plural diffusive granules and a floodlight resin.
