FIELD: confectionery industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing made in the form of pneumatic chamber, plated conveyor belt, holding chamber, feeding conveyor and casting device. Each individual plated conveyor belt member is made in the form of box with apertures in its upper wall. Replaceable cells of porous material are fixed in apertures, with profile of cells corresponding to profile of cast candies. Number of apertures is equal to number of casting mechanism nozzles. Slit channel of variable section is formed in pneumatic channel on working part of plated conveyor for supplying of gas to plated conveyor belt cell members. Apparatus may be used for casting centers of various kinds of candies. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction, increased quality of product, and provision for adjustment of flow rate and other varying characteristics of belt cell members during advancement on different parts of apparatus. ^ 3 dwg |
