The device has a reception device with a plane surface that receives a green sheet (32) and pierced by punching holes (7). A punch having a stem (15) and an active part (23) is laid above the punching holes. The active part has a punching section having a diameter less than that of punching hole. A driving device coupled to the punch moves the punch to enter and leave the punching section in the hole. The active part spreads inside a scrap opening (24) and has a diameter less than that of the stem but greater than that of the punching holes.
