<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enabling a person in charge to periodically transmit progress state report mails to users/bosses or the like without requiring much labor when a fault is occurred. <P>SOLUTION: A master retrieval means 12 retrieves a user master 17, a system information master 18, a form master 19, an importance imparting rule master 20, and a hieratical position master 21 on the basis of fault information inputted from a terminal 2 of the person in charge to a fault information input means 11 in a report mail transmission urging server 1. A fault information registering means 13 registers the fault information in an information DB 16 on the basis of the retrieved result. A setting frequency monitoring means 14 monitors next urging time of a report mail, and when it reaches the next urging time, a terminal display means 15 displays a form of a report mail on the terminal 2 by pop-up display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
