PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector and a connecting structure for connecting a separator bolt holding a concrete form panel to a reinforcement bar, capable of being manufactured with a small number of parts and processes and allowing one type of connectors to be generally used in the case of a different reinforcement bar diameter, a bolt diameter and different connecting structure. SOLUTION: This connector is formed of an L-shaped or U-shaped iron plate, the attached surface 22 and the bent surface 19 of which are formed by bending one side or both opposite sides. The connector includes: an attached groove 23 formed in the center of the attached surface by press-bending; a bolt passing elongated hole 25 symmetrically disposed with the attached groove between and female screw holes 20, 21 piercing through the bent surface and different in diameters. The reinforcement bar is laid along the attached groove 23 and fixed thereto with a U-shaped bolt 26, and a separator bolt 6 is engaged with one of the female screw holes 20, 21 or welded to the ridge of the back of the attached groove or the edge of the bent surface.
