PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing system and a video processing method capable of reducing moires dynamically. SOLUTION: The video processing system comprising a video display device for displaying the video of an object, a video obtaining device for obtaining the video displayed on the video display device, an optical characteristic changing device provided between the video display device and the video obtaining device for changing the optical characteristics of the obtained video, is further provided with an optical path switching device for switching an optical path of the video displayed on the video display device and supplying the video to the video obtaining device, a video processing unit to which multiple videos are transmitted via the switched optical path from the video obtaining device, and generating a predetermined processed video in which mories are removed by correcting the multiple videos or superposing the videos one another.
