<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed-wiring board and a signaling device which enable sufficient restraint on the generation of crosstalks between neighboring interconnections, while attaining desired characteristics, reduction in size, and easy manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: The printed-wiring board is provided with signal lines 5, 6, a grounding conductor 7 which is provided between the signal lines 5, 6 and extends along the signal lines 5, 6, and a plurality of via holes 9 which are laid side by side in an extending direction of the signal lines 5, 6 and are provided between the signal lines 5, 6. Further, the printed-wiring circuit board is equipped with an insulation layer 10 which surrounds the signal lines 5, 6 and the grounding conductor 7, grounding conductor plates 3, 4 formed on a surface of the insulation layer 10, and via hole conductive films 8 that are provided inside the via holes 9 and are connected to the grounding conductor plates 3, 4. To define the shortest wavelength of signals transmitted through the signal lines 5, 6 as λ, an interval D between the adjacent via hole conductive films 8 meet the relationship expressed by λ/100≤D≤λ/10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
