PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane (meth)acrylate compound with a high refractive index and an excellent coating properties such as a hardness and a mar-proof property, and an actinic energy ray curable resin composition using it. SOLUTION: This urethane (meth)acrylate compound is represented by general formula (1), wherein R<SB>1</SB>is a urethane bond residue of a polyisocyanate compound (a1), R<SB>2</SB>is a urethane bond residue of a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate compound (except (a3))(a2), R<SB>3</SB>is a urethane bond residue of a (meth)acrylate compound (a3) represented by general formula (2) ( wherein R<SB>4</SB>and R<SB>5</SB>are each hydrogen or a methyl group), a is an integer of 0-49, b is an integer of 1-50, and a+b is an integer of 2-50.
