<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet with an excellent conductive property. <P>SOLUTION: A desired conductive property is obtained by adding paraffin as an additive (20 wt% in all) to unvulcanized EPDM as a low melting point base material and kneading them together with nickel graphite by 80 wt% as a heat conductive filler with an electrically conductive property to form in sheet shape. Here, when a weight ratio of the paraffin to the unvulcanized EPD is set at 7 to 13 wt%, a conductivity of the order of 1 Ωcm is obtained. In this case, heat generated from electronic components can be well released on a heatsink side and electromagnetic waves can be well shielded by using the grounded heat conductive sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
