A head (1) encloses a brush shaft that is connected to the drive shaft of a DC motor. The DC motor is stored in a motor holder (3) fastened to one side of the head. A brush, rotated about the brush shaft, disperses salt from within the salt container (4) through an outlet hole (2). A push button (7), provided on a handle (6), is pressed to turn the disperser on or off.
