PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse interface software even if part of a control calculating means is modified in a built-in controller having the interface software for exchanging data between a plurality of control calculating means, between an input/output processing means and the control calculating means and between the input output processing means and the like. SOLUTION: An interface means for managing transfer of an execution instruction from a control basic processing means to the control calculating means and transfer of variables between the control calculating means is provided for every control calculating means. When arithmetic logic for part of the control variables is revised, no modification of the entire interface software is required but only modification of the corresponding interface software suffices for coping with the logic modification.
