摘要 <p>Dry toner particles comprise UV curable resin(s) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of greater than 45[deg]C, and coloring agent. The toner particles have a glass transition temperature of greater than 40[deg]C and a particle size of 4-14 mu m. The temperature resistance of toner particles when fused and cured is greater than 50[deg]C. Independent claims are also included for: (a) a dry electrostatographic developer composition comprising carrier particles containing a core particle coated with resin (0.4-2.5 wt.%) and having a volume average particle size of 30-65 mu m and the inventive toner particles, with the absolute charge of 3-13 fC/10 mu m; (b) a method of fusing and curing dry toner particles by selectively imagewise depositing radiation curable toner particles on a substrate to form an image including areas of deposited toner and areas of no deposited toner, fusing the toner particles on the substrate and curing the fused toner with UV light at 3-30 J/cm2>; and (c) a substrate e.g. polymeric or plastic foil, printed with a toner comprising the inventive toner particles.</p>
