FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has body comprising locking member designed as cusps. Distal part of lateral surface of each cusp has a recess having base. The base intersects with the distal part of lateral surface. The recess has lateral surface. The base is flat. It is arranged in a way that diametric plane of lateral cusp surface being perpendicular to the base is arranged at an angle to cusp rotation axis.
