PURPOSE: Provided are real-picture transfer fabrics for use in output of a large-sized plotter and a usage thereof, to improve a printing quality at a reduced total processing time and cost. CONSTITUTION: The real-picture transfer fabric for use in output of a large-sized plotter is manufactured by preparing a coating material by mixing a viscous agent, a color improving and a color maintaining agent, a thermosol agent, a UV absorbent, an antiseptic, and water; performing a depositing coating or knife coating process on the mixture; and drying the coated mixture. Then, an image is outputted from a large-sized plotter to the real-picture transfer fabric, and a heat is applied to ensure that the image is printed onto the fabric.
