PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image receiving sheet which gives a favorable image with favorable gloss and rich photographic appearance and which has an antistatic effect and improved traveling property and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image receiving sheet comprises a support, at least one layer of toner image receiving layer on one face of the support, and at least one layer of back layer on the other face of the support. The support consists of a base body and a thermoplastic resin layer on one face or on both faces of the base body. The binder included in the outermost surface layer in the toner image receiving layer side and in the outermost surface layer in the back layer side is a soap-free water-dispersible polymer having 20 to 80°C glass transition temperature (Tg).
