The invention relates to omega-conopeptides, derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and uses thereof, including the treatment of neurologic and psychiatric disorders, such as anticonvulsant agents, as neuroprotective agents, as cardiovascular agents or for the management of pain.
