<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of drying and incinerating a bad smell-containing waste of low heating value in a state that an exhaust gas does not include the bad smell component, and having high heat utilization. <P>SOLUTION: In this drying and incinerating method of bad smell-containing waste of low heating value wherein the bad smell component waste of low heating value is allowed to successively pass through drying parts 10, 110, and an incinerating part 20 to be dried and incinerated, and the heated air A1 is introduced into the drying parts 10, 110, and guided to the incinerating part 20 as the incineration air A2 after brought into contact with the bad small component waste D of low heating value. The heated air A1 is obtained by indirect heat exchanging with the exhaust gas G1 from the incineration part 20, and the bad smell component waste D of low heating value is dried by the indirect heat exchanging in the drying part, whereby the burden of the equipment cost can be further reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
