PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of washing gloves preventing the lower parts of sleeves from wetting with bare hands or putting on gloves since it is hard to roll up the arms when wearing long-sleeved garments in layers.

SOLUTION: The pair of washing gloves preventing wetting and covering sleeves prevents sleeves from wetting in washing through making a part covering the wrist long up to the vicinity of the elbow and big enough to easily fit in the top part of the sleeve of a garment covering the arm.
