PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on vehicle control program, etc. capable of relieving the burden of a developer of an application program. SOLUTION: The on vehicle control program is provided with: a platform program 2 including a device driver for performing input from a hardware device and for making a computer execute processing for transferring data based on an input result to another processing; a coupling processing part 3 being a program for making the computer execute processing for mediating data obtained by the processing by the platform program 2 so that the obtained data are adaptable to processing by an application program 4; and the application program 4 for making the computer execute processing based on the data obtained by the processing by the platform program 2.
